The Ministry of Social Development and the Fight Against Hunger is representing the Brazilian government in the Multidimensional Poverty Peer Network. At the 2014 high-level meeting of the Network in July 2014 in Berlin, Dr Paulo de Martino Jannuzzi, National Secretary of Evaluation and Information Management presented the government’s work to measure and monitor extreme poverty via the “Brazil without Poverty” strategy.
